By downloading, installing, or using DocNest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
DocNest is a mobile document toolkit that provides offline PDF tools including viewing, merging, splitting, and image-to-PDF conversion, along with basic file management. The App is provided free of charge with advertisements.
You agree to:
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by DocNest. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All files and documents you create or import remain your property. DocNest does not claim ownership of your content. All processing occurs locally on your device.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Your interaction with advertisements is governed by the advertiser's terms and privacy policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when we update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
